After one week of ticket charging, Cat Linh-Ha Dong metro route transported 113,024 passengers on 1,421 trips, said Vu Hong Truong, Director of Metro Hanoi.

According to Truong, of the total passengers, people who use the monthly pass rose to 20.3 percent from 10 percent during the first days. This shows positive signs for the route and the rate would increase after students return to school.
Passengers buying single tickets accounted for 75.7 percent of total sales during the period.
The route offered free travel between November 6-21, attracting 380,510 passengers.
A single trip on the route costs VND8,000-15,000, a 30-day pass costs VND200,000 for regular passengers and VND100,000 for students and workers in industrial parks.
Between November 21-May 6, Cat Linh-Ha Dong trains run every ten minutes from 5:30 am to 10 pm, with trains running every six minutes at peak hours.
