The northern region to experience another cold snap
Northern mountainous areas will have heavy rains and strong winds first and the weather will expand to other cities and provinces in the region from April 12.
From April 12, localities from Quang Binh to Phu Yen will have rain and even hail.
Some northern mountainous areas would have the lowest temperature of 15-18 degrees centigrade and even below 15 degrees centigrade.
Hanoi would face heavy rains and strong winds tomorrow morning with the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees centigrade.
