According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the lowest temperature in northern localities would be 16-19 degrees centigrade from April 16. Several mountainous areas would see lower temperatures of between 13-16 degrees centigrade.

Meanwhile, some central localities from Thanh Hoa to Nghe An would have temperatures of 18-24 degrees centigrade.
