While fishing at Dao Be Island of Ha Long Bay, Vu Van Manh from Quang Yen Town caught an empty metal cylinder which is around 3 metres by one-metre diameter.
The object found at Ha Long Bay
The object has holed heads and paint traces along with English words; however, it has become blurred.
Manh handed over the object to Quang Ninh Museum.
The museum experts have not yet been able to identify the object exactly. It is guessed to be a part of a warship or a plane.
The object is being kept at the museum for the further examination.
