According to MAG Vietnam, the team unearthed 65 explosive remnants of war, including bombs and mines, during about 40 days of clearance operations in Lai Binh hamlet, covering an area of around 180,000 square metres.
MAG’s mine clearance operations in Quang Tri are supported by the US Department of State and the US Embassy in Vietnam.
MAG Vietnam also found 43 unexploded ordnance in Dong Ha city in Quang Tri on May 7.
