According to Nguyen Van Minh, Vice Chairman of the Nha Trang City People’s Committee, local authorities are questioning the man and will release an update on the case later.

Earlier, photos and videos of the man’s indecent acts at rocky coastal areas near the Hon Chong-Hon Do site went viral on Facebook. He showed his genitals upon seeing women taking photos in the area, outraging the public.
After being reported, the municipal people’s committee urged the authorities of Vinh Tho Ward to investigate.
Situated by Nha Trang Bay in Vinh Phuoc and Vinh Tho wards, the Hon Chong-Hon Do site often attracts many visitors thanks to its stunning rock formations.
