Hanoi was covered by thick smog this morning, January 9, amid cold weather with light rain.
The fog partially affected traffic visibility. This weather conditions along with light rain caused people to travel more slowly on local streets.
Tran Van Tan, a Grab driver, said that he had to clean his helmet visor frequently due to fog. He also drove his motorbike more carefully to ensure safety.
