The Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan will address two “hot” issues regarding labour safety in construction and apartment building management.

Upon the request of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, during the up-coming Q&A session of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Minister of Construction, Nguyen Hong Quan, will answer questions about responsibilities for labour safety guarantees regarding the construction industry and solutions to the State's management efficiency improvement in terms of labour safety.
As part of the meeting, he also will address the issue of management of apartment buildings and new urban areas as well as of construction license issuance in cities and provinces, especially construction management in big cities.
Minister of Planning & Investment Vo Hong Phuc, Minister of Labour, Invalids & Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan will attend the event and will help the Minister of Construction to provide further information regarding the two above mentioned issues.
In addition, the Minister of Finance Vu Van Ninh will also take part in the Q&A session. He will answer questions on the reasons and consequences of price recent increases and provide solutions to price stabilisation.
He will also deal with other issues such as solutions to achieving targeted inflation rates under 7% this year, implementation of the National Assembly’s decisions on state budget estimations as well as implementation of legal regulations on taxes.
Furthermore, Ninh also will talk about the State’s capital and asset management effectiveness in state owned enterprises during recent years and his responsibility for the business failure of Pacific Airlines.
Minister of Trade & Industry Vu Huy Hoang will help Phuc to provide necessary information regarding issues which he will address.
The session will be organised from March 15 to 21.
