The festival will be held in the districts of Đồng Văn, Quản Bạ, Yên Minh and Mèo Vạc. The annual festival will include various activities like camping, folk singing, games and farming on tam giác mạch (triangle oat) fields.
Besides getting the opportunity to take photos on the "triangle oat" fields, tourists can taste wine and cakes made from the flowers.
A street festival will also be organised in the area with traditional music and performances featuring actors in local ethnic costumes.
Tam Giác Mạch, or "triangle oat", is a tiny wild pink flower with triangular-shaped leaves. The "triangle oat" fields attract many visitors to Hà Giang.
