According to the draft regulation, those who directly handle the product, must get an annual medical check-up.

Those with infectious diseases would not be allowed to stay at a job that requires them to handle beer. Those working in other areas of the industry would have to wear uniforms and other safety accessories and ensure hygiene during working hours.

The draft regulation stipulates several requirements for beer vendors, including a standard ventilation system to ensure that the temperature inside the store is 30 degrees Celsius or less.

The vendor must be equipped with a standard fire alarm system as well as hygienic toilets. They would also be required to have a refrigeration system to ensure beer quality.
