Accordingly, civil service employees will enjoy their Tet holiday from February 13 to 21.

Vu Nhu Van, Vice Manager of the Labour Safety Department, Ministry of Labour, Invalids & Social Affairs said that the department was sending urgent documents on the Tet holiday schedule to local authorities across the country.

People do not have to go to work on Friday, February 19 (the first working day after Tet holiday) but will go to work on the next Saturday, February 27 to make up for the previous Friday.

The long Tet holiday will help employees have more time for rest, travelling and to improve their health. It will also help to stimulate social consumption.
