The displays will take place at Nguyen Hue Walking Street in Sai Gon Ward; Bach Dang Park along the Saigon River in Thu Dau Mot Ward; and Tam Thang Tower Square in Vung Tau Ward.
An hour before the fireworks, special cultural performances celebrating Vietnam Culture Day will be staged simultaneously at all three locations.
In addition to the fireworks, the city will present 3D mapping shows from November 21 to 24 in front of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee headquarters at 86 Le Thanh Ton Street and at the Rex Hotel.
The activities form part of a series of events celebrating Vietnam Culture Day, organised by the city from early November to December 30 across its 168 wards, communes and special zones.
Cultural, artistic and sporting events, along with interactive activities, will also take place along Nguyen Hue Walking Street from November 18 to 24.
On the evening of November 23, a special performance marking the launch of the Hozo 2026 Music Festival will be held at Saigon Riverside Park.
The city will also host an International Photography Festival at Le Van Tam Park, Nguyen Van Binh Book Street and several other venues.
