Nguyen Tan Cuong, chairman of Hoi An Ward People's Committee in Danang, said on October 30 that the local authority had announced channels for receiving feedback, reports and complaints about cultural activities, service businesses and tourism in the area.
Residents and visitors can make reports by phone or via Zalo through two numbers: 0935.614.048 and 0905.264.566. The contacts are Tran Thanh Hai and Nguyen Duc Hung, members of the ward's inter-agency inspection team responsible for cultural and social affairs.

Tourists can also submit feedback through the suggestion box on the Tammi OA platform, an application used for notifications, customer support and communication with residents.
According to Cuong, the hotline will handle complaints about aggressive solicitation, harassment and disputes over customers, pressure to buy goods or use services, uncivilised communication and behaviour, and actions that threaten the safety of residents and visitors.
Authorities will also receive reports about businesses failing to display prices, charging more than advertised, providing unclear information about prices and additional fees, or misrepresenting the quality of goods and services or transaction conditions.
Other issues include vehicle parking services, street vending, encroachment on public spaces, environmental hygiene and problems affecting public order and the appearance of streets and tourist attractions.
The ward will also accept complaints about signs, advertising, sound and lighting, as well as cultural and commercial activities suspected of violating regulations.
Cuong said feedback and suggestions would help improve service quality and the cultural and tourism environment in the ward.
To facilitate inspections and verification, he asked complainants to provide clear details of incidents, including the time and location, the names of businesses or individuals involved, and any supporting photographs, videos, invoices or documents, along with their contact information.
Reports will be categorised and forwarded to relevant agencies for verification and handling within their authority. For submissions through Tammi OA, the ward's Department of Culture and Social Affairs will monitor the cases, refer them for action and compile the results.
The announcement followed a meeting on October 28 between Danang Deputy Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Anh Thi and authorities from Hoi An, Hoi An Dong and Hoi An Tay wards, as well as Tan Hiep Commune, to discuss tourism development. She asked local authorities to publish hotline numbers for residents and visitors, with complaints to be handled within 24 hours of receipt.
Danang city leaders also called on local authorities to update tourists on the progress of investigations and provide feedback on outcomes, while promptly reporting complicated cases or matters beyond their jurisdiction for further action.
