The trains comprise 32 carriages, including four-berth and six-berth sleeper cars, as well as a dining carriage. Their interiors have been refurbished in a modern style, combining cream and blue tones inspired by the sea in Nha Trang.
The carriages feature upgraded lighting and audio systems, Wi-Fi and continuously operating security cameras. Carriage 11907 has also been fitted with a new air-conditioning air distribution system designed to reduce noise and allow passengers to adjust the temperature to their preferences.
Soft-sleeper carriages now include additional photo check-in areas and vending machines. Train managers and attendants have also received training to improve service skills and assist passengers in English.

Diep Anh Tuan, a member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Railways, praised the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company for taking the initiative to invest in refurbishing and upgrading the SNT1/SNT2 trains.
Introducing trains with improved appearance and amenities was a positive step, Tuan said. More importantly, however, the company must maintain consistent, professional service on every journey to meet passengers’ needs.
