Police in Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Danang, said on October 12 that they had verified the details and returned all the lost property to its owner.
At around midnight on October 11, Anna, a Ukrainian national living in Ngu Hanh Son Ward, found a wallet on the street. She took it to the local police station and asked officers to find the person who had lost it.
After receiving the wallet, officers on duty checked the documents inside and identified its owner as Hasan Burser, a Turkish national staying at a hotel on Tran Bach Dang Street in Danang.
Police quickly contacted the hotel to inform him and invited him to the station to collect his belongings.

Hasan received all his documents, along with USD 3,300 and VND 4 million (about USD 154).
After recovering his lost property, Hasan expressed his gratitude to Anna for her honesty and thanked officers at Ngu Hanh Son Ward Police Station for their assistance in returning his belongings promptly.
