The festival will take place in Cai Be Commune, with the opening ceremony scheduled for the evening of November 19 at the An Loi Village Cultural House. The programme will include performances, a video introducing Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village and a fireworks display.

Visitors will be able to explore ancient houses, traditional crafts and folk games, learn how to make traditional banh tet, and experience local cuisine and floating-market culture.
The programme will also feature river performances and an evening event illuminating the village's ancient houses, along with a seminar on preserving their architectural heritage and developing tourism.
Other activities include a recreation of traditional communal house rituals, the Cai Be cay beo competition and a youth festival.
This year's festival will offer new experiences combining ancient houses, floating-market culture, traditional crafts, cuisine and local products.
Ahead of the festival, Dong Thap will hold promotional activities including competitions to design a logo for Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village and produce photographs and videos, as well as a familiarisation trip showcasing the village's tourism potential.
The festival is expected to promote Dong Hoa Hiep's distinctive southern Vietnamese heritage and strengthen its appeal as a tourist destination.
