The Miss International Queen 2026 final took place on September 19 in Thailand, bringing together 27 contestants from around the world.
Lo Colby of the United States claimed the crown after outperforming 26 other contestants. She also won the Best in Talent award.

Thailand's Theerachaya Pimkitidaj was named first runner-up, while Japan's Saki Iwai finished as second runner-up.
Lo Colby, who has Thai and American heritage, was born in Hawaii and currently lives in Los Angeles. She works in content creation, business and the beauty industry, and has expressed an interest in expanding economic opportunities for LGBTQIA+ communities.

Vietnam's representative, Nguyen Cao Minh Anh, born in 2002, concluded her campaign with a place in the Top 12.
Before the final, Minh Anh earned two achievements in side competitions, winning Miss Sexy Body and placing second runner-up in Best in Talent.
Throughout the pageant, she attracted attention for her varied fashion choices and stage presence. During the preliminary round, she competed in swimsuit and evening gown segments, showcasing her 1.8-metre height and confident performance style.
For the talent competition, Minh Anh performed a dance inspired by the butterfly season at Cuc Phuong National Park. The performance secured her the second runner-up position in the Best in Talent category.
Before entering the modelling industry, Minh Anh graduated with a degree in veterinary medicine from Vietnam National University of Agriculture.

Her Top 12 finish extends Vietnam's record of strong performances at Miss International Queen.
In 2018, Nguyen Huong Giang became the first Vietnamese contestant to win the title. Since then, Do Nhat Ha reached the Top 6 in 2019, Bui Dinh Hoai Sa finished in the Top 12 in 2020, Phung Truong Tran Dai reached the Top 6 in 2022 and Nguyen Ha Diu Thao placed in the Top 11 in 2023.
Miss International Queen is held annually in Thailand and aims to promote awareness, acceptance and inclusion of transgender women worldwide.
