According to the Phu Tho Provincial Police Department, Nguyen An Binh, 36, from Lap Thach Commune, has been charged for infringing industrial property rights.
In late July, Lap Thach Commune Police inspected Binh's shop and found 156 watches bearing the Rolex, Omega, Longines, Orient and Tissot brands being displayed for sale. The owner was unable to produce invoices or documents proving the origin of the goods.
