
According to a report from local authorities, heavy rain caused by Storm Narra triggered major flooding on several rivers and streams including the Trung and Ky Cung rivers.

As of 8 am on August 23, Storm Narra had caused extensive damage in Trang Dinh Commune with total losses estimated at about VND 10 billion (USD 385,000).
A report from the Trang Dinh Commune People's Committee said that nearly 800 houses were inundated, while local authorities and emergency forces evacuated residents from more than 160 homes.
