The five wards Xuan Huong-Dalat, Lam Vien-Dalat, Lang Biang-Dalat, Xuan Truong-Dalat and Cam Ly-Dalat joined Lac Duong Commune on Saturday to hold an investment promotion conference for 2026.
Together, the six localities cover more than 1,500 square kilometres and have a population of over 300,000.

Local authorities said private businesses were an important driver of economic growth and pledged to support investment, entrepreneurship, key products and stronger links between economic sectors.
At the conference, officials presented a range of projects seeking investment between 2026 and 2030.

Xuan Huong-Dalat Ward is seeking investment in a 38-hectare car park at Prenn Pass, a nine-hectare tourism project at Tuyen Lam Lake, an underground complex beneath Anh Sang Park and an international commercial centre near Lam Vien Square.
Lam Vien-Dalat Ward is seeking investment in five projects, including a 75-hectare residential area, a tourism complex around Me Linh Lake and a 530-hectare urban development along the Xuan Huong Lake-National Highway 27C corridor.
Other projects include the 3,998-hectare Dankia-Suoi Vang National Tourist Area, a 63-hectare lakeside urban and tourism complex, the Tay Cam Ly ecotourism area and Nam Ho 2 social housing.
