The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said the events will run from August through the period leading up to the festival in December.
In August, the province will host a tourism development forum for the 2026-2030 period with a vision to 2040, conclude its 2026 summer tourism programme and hold a tourism promotion conference in Hanoi.

Lam Dong also plans to welcome familiarisation groups, KOLs, TikTokers and travel bloggers from Hanoi and northern provinces, take part in ITE HCMC 2026 and hold an investment, trade and tourism promotion conference in HCM City.
At Lien Khuong International Airport, tourism information kiosks and promotional spaces have been set up to showcase local images, OCOP products, specialities and travel materials.
Sports events will include a professional cycling race around Lam Dong, a provincial sports festival, a beach tennis championship and an international women's beach volleyball tournament.
Cultural highlights will include the second Gong Clubs Festival, the third Vietnam Brocade Culture Festival, Lam Dong Culture-Tourism Day in HCM City and the "Essence of the Sea" programme combining festivals, shopping, tourism and cuisine.
The Dalat Flower Festival 2026 in December will be the main highlight.
The airport's closure for more than five months had sharply reduced visitor numbers for many travel firms, particularly international arrivals.
Phan Van Chung, director of Viet Challenge Tour, said his company had adjusted products to actual demand and routed visitors through Cam Ranh International Airport during the closure.
He said the airport's reopening, with capacity to handle more passengers and larger aircraft, would provide a major boost for local tourism.
Nguyen Minh Tan, director of TGROUP Trading and Tourism JSC, said the closure hit travel demand, particularly from South Korea, but gave businesses time to restructure products, expand partnerships and accelerate digital transformation.
According to Nghiem Dinh Hieu, director of the provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre, restoring and expanding air links was crucial to destination promotion.
He said businesses were being encouraged to tailor products to specific markets and strengthen links between airlines, travel firms, hotels, transport providers and attractions, including package tours combining flights, accommodation, transport, sightseeing and meals.
Airport operator Airports Corporation of Vietnam has introduced incentives for airlines, including a 50 per cent reduction in take-off and landing fees for new international routes to and from Lien Khuong for 24 months.
Ground service fees will be cut by 50 per cent in the first year and 30 per cent in the second for scheduled flights, while seasonal charter flights will receive a 30 per cent reduction in the first year.
The airport underwent a major upgrade during its five-month closure.
The VND 1.032 trillion (USD 39 million) runway and taxiway upgrade began on March 4.
During the closure, the 3,250-metre runway was rebuilt with cement concrete, while taxiways, lighting systems and other technical infrastructure were upgraded.
The airport can now accommodate wide-body aircraft including the Airbus A350 and Boeing 787.
Before the upgrade, Lien Khuong International Airport handled around 2.5 million passengers a year, including many international tourists.
