The park will be located in Hoan Long and Viet Yen communes and operate under the management of the Hung Yen People's Committee.
The park will support research, development and application of high and strategic technologies, high-tech manufacturing, technology services, business incubation, training and technology transfer.
Local authorities will oversee the park's planning, infrastructure development, investment mobilisation and operations, and prepare zoning and detailed plans to ensure the project is implemented in line with the approved site and scale.
The Ministry of Science and Technology will supervise the park's development and operations to ensure it meets its approved objectives and complies with regulations governing Vietnam's high-tech parks.
