The Lang Co eco-resort at 499 Lac Long Quan Street, National Highway 1, in Chan May-Lang Co Commune, Hue City, was redeveloped from the former Lang Co Trade Union Hotel in late 2011.
The Hue City Economic and Industrial Zones Management Board said the resort is owned by Phong Huy Real Estate Co., Ltd., based in HCM City.
Located on Lang Co Beach, the nearly six-hectare resort includes villas, 40 guest rooms, a restaurant, service facilities and a swimming pool.
