On the evening of July 31, the final of Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, with 30 contestants competing. Beating 29 rivals, Emoura Pham took the top title, becoming the first mixed-race winner in the pageant's history.
Emoura Pham's birth name is Turner Katherine Margaret, while her Vietnamese name is Pham Chan Phuong. Born in 2000, she has a Vietnamese mother and a British father of South African origin. Standing 1.7 metres tall with measurements of 80-60-92cm, she drew attention for her striking mixed-race features and confident presence.

From a young age, Emoura Pham studied in an international environment and also spent about 10 years living in the United States. Before entering Miss Grand Vietnam 2026, she had competed in Vietnam's Next Top Model 2025.
After that competition, she spent nearly a year honing skills including catwalk, singing, dance, guitar and acting in preparation for her pageant journey.
At Miss Grand Vietnam 2026, Emoura Pham was also one of the most closely watched contestants.
In the top five interview round, contestants were asked by People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien: "If you had the chance to introduce Ho Chi Minh City to international friends, what would you say?" Although her Vietnamese pronunciation was not entirely fluent, Emoura still made an impression by opening with the familiar street cry, "Who wants banh mi?", before sharing her thoughts on the city.

In the top two face-off, Emoura Pham and Ngo Bao Ngoc both answered in English a question posed by Miss Emma Tiglao of the Philippines: "Do you think a beauty queen's contribution to the community is an obligation or a voluntary act?"
Emoura Pham said the spirit of service must come from willingness and passion. "Serving the community should never be an obligation. Only when it comes from the heart can we spread positive values," she said. Her answer drew loud applause from the audience.

The first runner-up title went to Ngo Bao Ngoc, a contestant widely seen as a strong contender thanks to her pageant experience and consistent form throughout the competition.
