In Xuan Phuong, one of the most significant proposals is the Hai Thinh Social Housing Project, which would occupy almost 9 hectares.

In the southern part of the city, new projects have also been proposed in Linh Nam Ward and Hoang Liet Ward. These include the IFT Linh Nam Social Housing Project, which will be built across two land plots with a combined area of more than 1.84 hectares, and the Hung Phuc development at 419 Linh Nam Road, covering more than 4,300 square metres.

The latest list also includes projects in Viet Hung, Dong Ngac, Thanh Liet, Tay Phuong, Binh Minh, Dan Hoa and Soc Son.

According to the Hanoi People's Committee, the city currently has 147 approved social housing and housing projects for the armed forces that have received investment approval and been assigned developers.

Together, the projects cover approximately 583.3 hectares of land and are expected to provide around 132,000 homes, with a total estimated investment of VND 290.5 trillion (USD 11.17 billion).
