The DHL North Logistics Campus, being developed by Germany's DHL Supply Chain in Yen My Industrial Park, has direct access to the Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway and is close to Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi and Haiphong Port.
The 82,500-square-metre project will be built in two phases. The first, due for completion in the first half of 2027, will deliver about 41,180 square metres of Grade A warehouse space, with the second scheduled for the second half of 2028.
Built to international standards, the logistics campus will serve industries including technology, automotive, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, healthcare and life sciences.
With an investment of VND 1.9 trillion (about USD 72.24 million), the project is expected to strengthen supply chain connectivity and support domestic distribution and international trade
Bertrand Juvigny, chief executive of DHL Supply Chain Vietnam, said the project would be the company's largest Grade A logistics campus in Southeast Asia.
The development follows DHL's recent expansion in Vietnam, including upgrades to its Hanoi gateway and less-than-container-load facilities in Hai Phong.
