The project, developed by Vietnam Royal Golf Co., Ltd., will cover more than 21 hectares around Hon Vuon Mountain and Khe Ngang Lake in Kim Long Ward.

Construction is expected to take up to 48 months after the investor receives land rights. The project will include nature-inspired accommodation, outdoor recreation areas, sports facilities, cultural and dining spaces, with capacity to serve 700-1,000 visitors a day.
The investor must minimise environmental impacts and preserve the cultural and spiritual landscape, particularly near Huyen Khong Son Thuong Pagoda, during construction of access roads through the forest.
Local officials said the project would help unlock the area's tourism potential while supporting eco-tourism, environmental conservation and the local economy.
