Medical workers confirmed the 37-year-old man had died at the scene.

Preliminary findings indicate the victim, who was staying at the hotel, fell from an upper floor into the area in front of the building's entrance.

Police cordoned off the scene, interviewed witnesses and reviewed security camera footage as part of the investigation. The body was taken to a morgue for an autopsy.

Authorities are working to contact the victim's family while investigating the cause of the incident.
