The conference will formally introduce Hanoi's master plan with a 100-year vision, alongside reports on the city's investment environment, economic achievements and socio-economic development in 2025 and the first six months of the year.

Officials will also present special policy mechanisms, development advantages and strategies for attracting investment and promoting economic growth in the coming decades.

As part of the event, Hanoi will launch a digital data management and 360-degree project visualisation system covering investment opportunities across the city.

Government leaders, international organisations, economists and business representatives will deliver presentations on investment attraction and partnership opportunities in sectors including finance, urban infrastructure, education and innovation.

The city will also grant investment policy approvals and investment registration certificates to selected projects, while signing memorandums of understanding with domestic and international corporations and economic organisations.

An exhibition area showcasing digital technology applications and key investment projects will be set up alongside displays highlighting Hanoi's socio-economic achievements.

According to Hieu, the conference venue will feature a dedicated exhibition introducing the capital's 100-year development vision through large-scale models, 3D mapping technology, videos and planning maps designed to illustrate Hanoi's future spatial structure.

A parallel public exhibition will be held at the Hanoi Museum on June 29, allowing residents and businesses to explore the master plan and related development projects.

The museum's ground floor will feature a seven-metre-diameter model displaying key elements of the new master plan, while a 1,200-square-metre exhibition space on the fourth floor will use 3D projection mapping technology to visualise future urban development.

Large-format displays will trace Hanoi's planning history, territorial expansion and urban growth, alongside maps detailing future land use, transport networks, technical infrastructure and functional development zones.

The exhibition will also showcase models and designs of selected flagship projects, documentary films and a pilot digital planning information system for public access.
