The programme, running from June 26 to July 10, targets policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious service, low-income residents and patients with chronic illnesses.
The initiative is being organised in partnership with the Ninh Binh Department of Health to mark the opening of Bach Mai Hospital's second campus, which is scheduled to be inaugurated on June 26.
The hospital, located in Liem Tuyen Ward, was built on a nearly 20-hectare site with inpatient, outpatient, administrative and technical facilities.
The provincial government has instructed local agencies to coordinate with the hospital, while the Department of Health has issued a schedule allocating examination times for residents from different localities.
Local authorities have also been asked to notify eligible residents and coordinate with hospital staff to manage patient flow and ensure smooth operations.
Hospital staff have completed preparations to receive patients.
Free consultations and medicine distribution will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 11.30 am and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm daily at the hospital's outpatient department.
