Police in Hau Nghia Commune are working with investigators from Tay Ninh Provincial Police to determine the full circumstances of the fatal crash.
According to preliminary information, at around 4.30 am on June 23, local police received reports from residents about a traffic accident on Provincial Road DT822.
Initial findings showed that a lorry collided with a motorcycle carrying three local males aged 14, 17 and 26.
The impact killed all three riders at the scene. The motorcycle was severely damaged, while the lorry sustained damage to its front section.
A preliminary police investigation found that the motorcycle riders had consumed alcohol before crashing into the delivery lorry.
Authorities are continuing their investigation and completing legal procedures in accordance with regulations.
