The programme, announced by the city's Department of Construction, will begin on June 5 to mark World Environment Day.

Residents who download the MultiGo application, register an account and complete identity verification will receive a voucher for one free public electric bicycle ride of up to 60 minutes.
The voucher will remain valid for 24 hours from the time it is activated.
A total of 1,000 vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until all tickets have been claimed.
Through the initiative, city authorities hope to encourage residents to experience environmentally friendly transport options, helping reduce emissions and protect the environment.
The programme also aims to promote the use of integrated transport solutions, encouraging commuters to combine buses and metro services with sustainable personal mobility options for their daily journeys.
Ho Chi Minh City officially launched its public electric bicycle service on March 15. The system shares the same station infrastructure as the city's existing public bicycle network.
