The system was officially integrated into the city’s Intelligent Operations Centre (IOC) on May 28, according to the municipal Department of Construction.
Nao Thien Anh Minh, deputy director of the department, said Dong Nai was implementing a series of major infrastructure projects, including regional transport links, projects connected to Long Thanh International Airport and other key socio-economic developments.

“In the context of increasing workloads, applying digital tools to monitor progress, control bottlenecks and accelerate implementation is essential,” Minh noted.
According to project operators, the platform is designed for centralised management with real-time data updates and access assigned to different user groups, including city leaders, investors, project management boards and relevant departments.
The software allows authorities to track project timelines, site clearance progress, construction output and public investment disbursement.
Data is visualised through seven analytical charts to support management and operational decisions.
Dong Nai is currently developing and preparing several transport projects linked to Long Thanh International Airport, including upgrades to DT769 Road and construction of DT770B and DT773 routes, as well as Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 4, Cat Lai Bridge, Long Hung Bridge and Roads 25B and 25C.
