The city People’s Council on May 15 passed a resolution approving project information and proposed investors for the developments in Dai Phuoc.
According to the city’s Department of Construction, one of the projects will operate under the commercial name Sunshine Rivernia Grand Marina. The proposed investors are a consortium including Sunshine R&D, Sunshine Dream House, Noblex Hub Finance and OKC Construction and Development.
The project will cover nearly 945 hectares and is expected to accommodate almost 129,000 residents. Around 223 hectares will be allocated for housing construction. Preliminary investment for the development is estimated at more than VND 463 trillion (approximately USD 17.8 billion).

The second project, named Sunshine Rivernia Finance & Tech Hub, has been proposed by a consortium comprising Sunshine Golf & Resort and Beta Land Infrastructure Construction.
The development will span approximately 963 hectares and is expected to house more than 75,000 people. More than 105 hectares have been designated for residential construction. The project’s preliminary investment is estimated at over VND 354 trillion (approximately USD 13.6 billion).
Combined preliminary investment for the two projects exceeds VND 817 trillion (approximately USD 31.4 billion).
According to Dong Nai’s Department of Construction, the developments are expected to accelerate the growth of the Dai Phuoc urban area as well as the broader Long Thanh-Nhon Trach urban zone.
