According to the People's Committee of Bau Can Commune, the victim, 34, was processing rubber latex at Chanh Tay Gia Lai Joint Stock Company when the accident occurred.

Initial reports said the worker arrived at the factory at about 6 am to scrape rubber latex into the grinding machine.
During the process, he was pulled into the machine and died at the scene.
After the incident, company leaders reported the case to police.
Nguyen Quang Trung, chairman of the People's Committee of Bau Can Commune, said local authorities had visited the victim's family, offered condolences and provided partial financial support for funeral arrangements.
Gia Lai Province Police are coordinating with local authorities and related agencies to investigate the cause of the accident.
