Police in Tieu Can Commune said two residents reported the sighting after spotting the animals while exercising along the Tieu Can River near a bridge construction site on Friday evening.

The pair recorded the crocodiles on their phones before alerting police, who later coordinated with local agencies to inspect the area and devise a response plan.
