The storm struck urban wards of Bao Loc on April 8, causing significant property damage and affecting daily life.
Strong whirlwinds lasting several hours tore off corrugated iron roofs in Bao Loc 1 Ward and Bao Loc 2 Ward. Four houses were completely unroofed, with many belongings damaged, while four others suffered partial damage.
The severe weather also caused multiple agricultural net houses to collapse.
Powerful winds uprooted and snapped trees along major streets, including Ly Thuong Kiet and Hoang Van Thu, as well as in central areas of Bao Loc 1 Ward, blocking roads and hindering traffic.
In the aftermath, authorities mobilised officials and soldiers to assist residents, helping relocate belongings to safer areas and reinforce damaged homes.
