The final, held on March 29, drew wide public and media attention, with Phan Phuong Oanh emerging as the winner.

Born in 2003, she previously reached the top 10 of Miss Vietnam 2022 and won the Miss Beach title. She graduated in international business from the National Economics University with a GPA of 3.63/4.0, received multiple scholarships and has been active in charity work.

Her performance throughout the competition was consistently strong, culminating in a confident showing in the final. In the top six question-and-answer round, she spoke about her wish for global recognition of Vietnam’s past, present development and future ambitions.

Le Phuong Khanh Nhu, born in 2004 from Khanh Hoa Province, was named first runner-up. She is a bilingual presenter who has worked with the German Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and has won several awards.
Second runner-up was Truong Tam Nhu, born in 2005 from Hue City, who holds an IELTS score of 8.0 and was Miss FPT University Danang 2024.

The final featured Vietnamese traditional long dress-ao dai, swimwear and evening gown segments, with contestants narrowed from a top 47 to top 20, top 10 and top six before the final three were selected.
The event was attended by Miss World chairwoman Julia Morley and reigning Miss World Opal Suchata Chuangsri. Morley announced that the Miss World pageant will take place in Vietnam from August to September, with the final scheduled for September 5.
