In a directive issued on March 27, provincial authorities approved urgent works on the DT 770B route, focusing first on the stretch from National Highway 51 to Bau Can-Tan Hiep Industrial Park.
The Dong Nai Land Development Centre has been tasked with expediting compensation and resettlement, while the provincial project management board will oversee construction.
The priority section includes an overpass across the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway and is targeted for technical completion by June 2027.
Spanning more than 42km with four to eight lanes, the DT 770B route will connect Long Thanh International Airport with key industrial zones in eastern and north-eastern Dong Nai.
The road will also link to major transport infrastructure, including National Highway 51 and the Cai Mep-Thi Vai Port complex, supporting regional logistics and economic growth.
