According to representatives of Suon Muoi Ot 135 Restaurant, the employee, identified as Phat, purchased one car for the restaurant owners and another for the owner’s younger sister to thank them for supporting him during difficult times.

After receiving the winnings and paying tax, he took home more than VND 16 billion.
From the prize money, Phat gave the lottery seller VND 100 million and shared the rest with around 40 coworkers, each receiving between VND 10 million and VND 50 million.
According to the restaurant’s representative, Phat has since resigned from his job and returned to his hometown in Hau Giang Province to start a new chapter in life.
