From early morning, decorated propaganda vehicles gathered at several locations across the city, preparing for the election promotion parade.

The convoys set off simultaneously, travelling along major roads with flags at 6.30 am.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of election day and encourage officials, party members and residents to fulfil their civic rights and duties, helping ensure a democratic, lawful and safe election.

Area 1 involves 102 wards and communes, with four gathering points at April 30 Park, Khanh Hoi Square, Vanh Dai Trong Road and Che Lan Vien Road, from which convoys parade along major roads before returning.

Meanwhile, Area 2 gathered on 30 Thang 4 Road with 36 wards and communes participating, while Area 3 assembled on Ba Cu Road with 30 wards, communes and special zones joining the parade.

At the April 30 Park gathering point on Le Duan Road, 26 wards and communes joined the convoy, which paraded along major streets including Le Duan, Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia before returning.

Loudspeakers on the vehicles broadcast messages on the significance of election day, drawing the attention of residents and roadside traders.

Traffic police were stationed at intersections to regulate traffic as the convoys passed.

As the convoys passed, many residents stopped to watch, with some taking photos of the parade.

Many central streets became lively as decorated propaganda convoys paraded in succession, drawing positive public response.

After completing the city-level route, the vehicles returned to their local wards and communes to continue promoting the election.
