TIFW 2026 took place from January 30 to February 2 at Taipei New Horizon, bringing together numerous brands and designers from across Asia. The event served as a platform for contemporary creativity and cultural identity, aiming to foster dialogue and cooperation in international fashion.
During the programme, designer Dac Ngoc introduced his creations to an international audience through his new collection.
According to Dac Ngoc, the collection Vietnam, Peace Until Eternity draws inspiration from Vietnamese history, viewing peace as the culmination of a long process involving significant sacrifices and preservation efforts.
The designs predominantly feature two colours: blue and red. Blue is inspired by the image of soldiers, symbolising resilience and discipline, while red evokes the national flag, representing the patriotism of the younger generation.
"I want to bring Vietnamese identity and spirit to international friends. I also chose young people of different ages to perform the collection, combining it with music to create something fresh and appealing," the designer stated.
Through the language of fashion, the designer aimed to convey a message about the value of peace in the present and the responsibility of successive generations to preserve and build it.
Visually, the collection's designs blend modern silhouettes with traditional elements, focusing on practicality and accessibility for international audiences while retaining a distinct cultural imprint.

He noted that Dac Ngoc's collection goes beyond aesthetics, conveying messages of peace, connection, and sustainable values.
Designer Dac Ngoc has previously participated in several international fashion weeks, including London Fashion Week (UK), Vie Fashion Week (Dubai), Malaysia Fashion Week (Malaysia), and Thailand International Fashion Week (Thailand). He aims to spread Vietnamese culture globally through fashion.
