The tournament features eight teams: U18 PVF (Vietnam), U18 Jeju SK, U18 Busan I Park, U18 Suwon FC, U18 Seoul Selection (RoK), U18 Persijap Jepara (Indonesia), U18 V-Varen Nagasaki (Japan), and U18 Evergrande Academy (China).
The teams are divided into two groups of four. In the group stage, each team plays three matches in a round-robin format, with each half lasting 35 minutes. Matches will be held across two venues: Geolmae Stadium (artificial turf) and Gangchanghak Stadium (natural grass).
Following the draw, U18 PVF was placed in Group B alongside U18 Seoul Selection and U18 Suwon FC (RoK) and U18 Evergrande Academy (China).
