Each bag contains essential supplies such as instant noodles, bottled water, dry food, water-treatment tablets, fever-reducing medicine and vitamin C.

Dantri/Dtinews deliver 1,000 relief bags to residents in Danang City on October 31.
At the distribution on October 31 in An Thang Ward, Danang, Dtinews’ Central Highlands office chief Tran Duy Tuyen expressed sympathy for affected families, noting that although the floodwaters had receded, residents still face significant challenges. “The floods have passed, but difficulties lie ahead. We hope people stay strong to rebuild their lives,” he said.

Receiving a relief bag, Le Tu Sa Vuong said clean water and medicine were urgently needed after days of heavy rain and flooding. “I am grateful for the support from Dtinews and its readers,” he said.
Nearby, Ngo Thi Y, 67, cleaning her home with her son, said most of their belongings were ruined after being submerged for days. “Water rose to chest level. We could only stay on the wooden loft for days,” she said, adding that their house remained without electricity, making daily life difficult.

After Dtinews transported the supplies, the An Thang Ward authorities helped deliver them directly to residents. Deputy chair of An Thang Ward People’s Committee Huynh Duc Nghia thanked donor organisations, readers and benefactors for their timely support.
