The Hanoi People’s Committee has instructed the Department of Culture and Sports to ask the Hanoi Museum to assign staff and dedicate its entire parking area for vehicles transporting delegates from wards and communes.
The Thang Long Heritage Conservation Centre will allocate the entire premises of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, including the Flag Tower stadium and 28 Dien Bien Phu Street, as a parking site for vehicles carrying delegates to Stand A.
The Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace will use its parking area to accommodate vehicles transporting delegates to Stand A.
Wards and communes need to mobilise forces to coordinate, guide, and ensure security, traffic safety, and fire prevention at the designated parking sites.
According to Dang Huong Giang, Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the city will offer free bus and metro rides for visitors during the four-day National Day holiday from August 30 to September 2.
Hanoi has also launched the E11 bus route, which connects major tourist attractions across the capital to facilitate sightseeing for visitors.
