The event, organised by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and the Dong Nai People’s Committee, will feature eight advisory booths and is expected to attract thousands of participants from Dong Nai and HCM City. About 1,400 vacancies will be at ACV, while nearly 1,500 will be with airlines and ground service providers.
An ACV representative said the company would prioritise hiring Dong Nai residents, especially families that contributed land for the project.
The fair provides opportunities for young workers, experienced professionals, and graduating students to pursue long-term careers.
During a site visit on August 2, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh urged authorities to complete remaining facilities on schedule for inauguration on December 19.
The first phase of Long Thanh Airport, costing USD 5 billion and covering more than 5,000 hectares, is set to welcome its first technical flight on December 19 and begin commercial operations in early 2026, with an annual capacity of 25 million passengers and 1.2 million tonnes of cargo.
When fully completed by 2050, the airport is projected to handle 100 million passengers and 5 million tonnes of cargo each year.
