The service departs from Hanoi at 9:25 pm every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and arrives in Xi’an at 1:10 am the following day. The return flight leaves Xi’an at 2:10 am every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and lands in Hanoi at 4:10 am (local time).

A Vietjet representative highlighted Xi’an as a culturally rich destination with a history spanning over 3,000 years. The city is home to iconic heritage sites such as the ancient city of Chang'an, the Mausoleum of Emperor Qinshihuang, along with a vibrant culinary scene typical of China’s Shaanxi province. Meanwhile, Hanoi, with its thousand-year-old legacy, continues to charm visitors with its timeless architecture and uniquely Vietnamese cuisine.

The representative noted that the new route is part of Vietjet’s expanding international network and further strengthens its footprint in the Chinese market. Xi’an joins other major Chinese cities already served by Vietjet, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. The addition also enhances the carrier’s broader flight network covering Vietnam and key destinations across the Asia-Pacific region.
