According to the provincial people's committee, fireworks displays will be held at Sun Carnival Square, the area in front of the International Cruise Port, and 30/10 Square. The shows will run every Friday and Saturday night from July 4 to January 1, 2026.
Each show will last 15 minutes, from 9.30 pm to 9.45 pm, featuring a total of 3,100 pyrotechnic devices, including 2,100 low-altitude fireworks and 1,000 mixed low and high-altitude shells.
The displays will occur simultaneously at all three locations, creating a widespread visual impact and drawing crowds to major entertainment zones.
The provincial government has also instructed relevant departments to review and propose additional fireworks shows for national holidays and major political or cultural events in 2025, aiming to boost tourism promotion efforts.
Home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh aims to welcome 20 million visitors in 2025, including 4.5 million international arrivals, with total tourism revenue projected to reach VND 55,000 billion (approximately USD 2.15 billion).
