At 6 pm on the same day, a solemn procession of the Buddha’s relics will be held around Hoan Kiem Lake. The ceremonial journey will depart from Quan Su Pagoda, pass through Ly Thuong Kiet, Hang Bai, and Dinh Tien Hoang, circle Hoan Kiem Lake, continue on Ba Trieu, and return to the pagoda.

The Buddha’s relics will be enshrined at the main hall of Quan Su Pagoda from May 14 to 16, with daily visiting hours from 7 am to 9.30 pm for devotees and visitors to pay their respects.

Following the ceremony in Hanoi, the Buddha’s relics will be brought to Tam Chuc Pagoda in Ha Nam Province, which hosted the 2019 UN Day of Vesak, before being returned to India.

The Buddha’s relics were enshrined at Thanh Tam Pagoda in HCM City and Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh Province before being paraded to Hanoi.
