The incident happened at around 9 am today, May 8, at Mlem Pub. According to the witnesses, the fire quickly spread, shooting up a column of flames and thick black smoke visible from a distance.

Firefighters arrived at the scene right after being informed, but the violent blaze challenged firefighting efforts. Therefore, they had to stop the fire from nearby buildings.
Initial reports suggest the fire may have been caused by welding work.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
